Today, the company offers over 100 services that make the life of their clients easier and clearer every day. Currently European Legal Service supplies the market with remote services, which cover several business areas: law, financial consulting, auto assistance, telemedicine, and multiservices. Services are provided through three main channels - B2B, B2C and agency network

Process

Early on in the project development, our Analysts together with the Client, designed the critical marketplace business processes and described them in BPMN 2.0.

To support marketplace operation we implemented a two-way integration with the Client's CRM and MDM systems via REST-API leveraging the following principles:

  • Asynchronous operation
  • Stateless
  • Caching always allowed
  • Layered system
  • Data available upon request
  • Ability to receive data in full or per modifications

  • The marketplace visually includes three versions for legal entities, individuals and partners with the ability to switch versions in the website header and save this selection when viewing other pages;
  • A User's personal marketplace account is integrated with the Client's accounting system;
  • Three types of personal accounts are available: Personal account of an individual,a legal entity, or a partner;
  • A flexible referral program is implemented.
