Process

First priority for this project implementation was streamlining the internal and external processes. Considering the dynamic changes in priorities, functional requirements and scope, along with the high development speed, we made a decision to use Agile.

This called for clear and transparent communications within the project team and assigning areas of responsibility.

Moving in 1-2 week sprints, the team performed joint high-level planning for upcoming sprints with their subsequent adjustment after each refinement iteration. The development team and the project team as a whole demonstrated a high level of professionalism and commitment with regards to project implementation.

In the shortest possible time the Digital Element and UMMC holding project team managed to do the near-impossible by changing the business processes, developing a software platform, enabling the largest suppliers to join it and launching the corporate marketplace.
